AaSys was incorporated in 1992
What is your primary product or service?
We help companies manage technology. AaSys has 25 network support engineers that provide both onsite support as well as Help Desk support. AaSys also remotely monitors the health of the network, allowing organizations to be proactive and thus addressing issues before they impact critical systems. AaSys also provides patch management services for desktops and PC's.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Tony Coleman, President and CEO of AaSys, began his technology career with Xerox. His career has centered on optimizing technology for business clients.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The Help Desk solution provides a more immediate resolution for typical IT issues. Additionally, AaSys steers away from "cookie-cutter" solutions. We need to understand business imperatives in order to formulate the best long-term IT decisions for the organization.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
AaSys supports organizations throughout the southeast.
