How long have you been in business?
SUR Collision has more than 31 years experience in the auto body repair field.
What is your primary product or service?
Auto body repair, refinish.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Well, we've had experience in the field,and too many companies were folding. This main reason encouraged us to go forward and practice for ourselves.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
From what we have seen and heard in past years, encouraged us to go where no other body shop has not gone before. Our shop cares enough about our clients that we answer calls before 8am and after 5pm. We will provide FREE towing to our shop for our clients 24 hours a day. Unlike many shops out there, we will also assist in any way possible our clients with a loaner vehicle while theirs is being repaired. To really see and feel everything that we do for our clients you have to become one. We have a high satisfaction rate, to this day in fact we have not had one complaint about either our customer service or our work.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
SUR Collision has only one site for now. We do plan on expanding with the coming years.
